The removal of any part of your reproductive organ in general will cause infertility. Therefore, if you wish to have children, you may want to postpone the operation, unless your endometrial cysts, implants, or adhesion have become cancerous. Some women who have been wired down because of symptoms of endometrial pains may consider going ahead with hysterectomy and choose one of the following to have children.

1. Adoption

Adoption is always the first choice for women who had endometrial hysterectomy. If you are financially stable, you can register with your local adoption center to adopt one or more children. I believe there are some groups that help to adopt children overseas. Please be careful to check with the government adoption center to avoid frauds.

2. Gestational carrier

If your ovaries are not removed, your ovaries will continue to ovulate. Your eggs produced by the ovaries can be collected and fertilized by your partner's sperm by placing the fertilized egg into the uterus of a gestational carrier. Please talk to your lawyer before acquiring any gestational carrier to avoid any legal problem.

3. Embryo freezing

Once again, eggs produced by your ovaries are collected before endometrial hysterectomy and frozen. One of the eggs will be thawed and fertilized with your partner's sperm and placed into the uterus of the gestational carrier.

4. Surrogate

If your ovaries were removed in the endometrial hysterectomy and the eggs were not collected before hysterectomy because of medical conditions, you are no longer to have offspring who carries your gene. You may want to find a willing gestational carrier who will provide her egg and fertilized by your partner's sperm.
